Woodwork Shop Drawing Engineer

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Woodwork Shop Drawing Engineer to produce precise shop drawings for furniture and interior woodworking projects. The candidate will transform design concepts into accurate technical drawings that guide the production team.
• Prepare detailed shop drawings based on design concepts, client requirements, and project specifications.
• Translate architectural and interior design plans into accurate woodworking drawings for production.
• Specify materials, finishes, joinery details, and dimensions clearly in all drawings.
• Coordinate with designers, project managers, and production teams to ensure drawings are feasible and meet quality standards.
• Review and revise drawings to accommodate changes or client feedback.
• Maintain organized records of drawings and revisions for all projects
Key Responsibilities:
• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Woodworking Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and other drafting software.
• Knowledge of woodworking techniques, joinery, and material specifications.
• Attention to detail and precision in technical drawings.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Minimum 5–7 years of relevant experience.
